Why I Made This
I've always loved the calming feeling that comes from drawing repetitive patterns. But whenever I sat down with a blank page, I found myself asking the same question.
"What should I draw today?"
Sometimes the hardest part wasn't drawing. It was simply getting started.
That's why I created Aakriti.
Instead of asking you to create an illustration from scratch, Aakriti gives you thoughtfully designed shapes waiting to be transformed through your own patterns and imagination. You don't have to plan an artwork or worry about making it perfect. You simply pick a shape, begin filling it with patterns, and let your creativity unfold naturally.
To make learning even easier, I also included guided pattern pages and a separate reference booklet, so your inspiration is always within reach while you create.
Aakriti isn't about making perfect art.
It's about discovering how much creativity already exists within you, one pattern at a time.
About AAKRITI
Aakriti is a guided Shape & Pattern Art Notepad designed to make creative drawing approachable, relaxing, and enjoyable for everyone.
Unlike a traditional sketchbook, every artwork page begins with a beautifully designed shape that invites you to fill it using patterns, lines, curves, dots, florals, or any style you imagine.
The notebook begins with six guided learning pages that introduce essential pattern techniques for beginners. To make your drawing experience smoother, the same learning pages are also included as a separate reference booklet, allowing you to keep your guide open while you work without repeatedly turning notebook pages.
The premium 170 GSM artwork pages provide a smooth drawing experience with minimal ink bleed, making them ideal for fineliner pens and detailed pattern work.
Whether you're exploring creativity for the first time or simply looking for a peaceful screen-free activity, Aakriti offers a space where every shape becomes uniquely yours.
Perfect for creative breaks, mindful evenings, weekend hobbies, gifting, or anyone who enjoys the simple joy of making something by hand.
